God wants every aspect of our lives to prosper even down to the very daily cleaning.
Believe it or not house cleaning and cleaning the kids toys can be harmful, ... but these daily chores do not have to be hazardous or even unhealthy experiences.

Many think that all natural cleaning products are not as effective as chemicals, but this is a great misconception, for example if you are looking for all natural cleaning products that will kill off viruses then turn to good old fashioned essential oils that have been around for centuries. Tea tree oil is a known antiviral essential oil.
A study in the August 2009 Journal of Physiotherapy Research performed by scientists in the Department of Virology at the University of Heidelberg, noted that several chemicals commonly found in natural essential oils exhibited antiviral activity -- being able to "reduce viral infectivity by greater than 96%". The oils studied were Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, and Thyme.
We all have heard stories about harsh chemicals in liquid cleansers and sponges causing skin irritations and rash in children.
All natural is the way to go and in many cases it will actually help save money.
Now for those hard to clean plastic toys, just put them in the dishwasher and put the dishwasher on the sanitize setting. This is the best and the easiest way to clean plastic items. Or simply cleaning them by hand in some hot soapy water with regular dishwashing liquid will get the job done just as well.
Then there are the plush toys, which are sometimes a bit more difficult to clean. The best way to do this is in the washing machine. I put the stuffed animals in a pillow case and put it on the gentle cycle. I add 3 drops of tea tree essential oil to the liquid washing machine detergent and they come out fabulous.
You will be surprise what a little ingenuity can do. You can also add tea tree oil, lemon oil and lavender oil to water in a small spray bottle and spray down the plush toys in the evening after they have been played with for the day.
Using food grade peroxide grade 3% is a great way to keep it all natural and safe while killing germs.
If you have wooden toys you can just use a spray bottle with essential oils or peroxide and wipe them down with a damp rag. If other children have been playing with the toys then you may want to wash it with soapy water but do not let it sit in water…it will ruin the wood. I like to put a few drops of tea tree to the damp rag before I wipe down the wooden toys. Just be sure to dry off all of the toys before you give them to your children.
So no need to bleach up the toys especially if you have an infant that still puts the toys in their mouths. Doing things the all natural cleaning way is best for everyone, and will promote a healthy environment for your children to play in.
All natural cleaners are all around us.
Remember what we clean with can also easily end up in our system as well. So if you don't want to feed your children foods with chemical then be cautious of what you clean with because far more can be absorb into our systems and by breathing than we realize.
